The client

Smoke It Out Workwear makes premium, fully embroidered fire-retardant utility shirts, built by a welder for people in the trades. The brand needed an online store that feels as tough as the product.

The brief

Build the complete Shopify store: a bold brand look, a homepage that explains why these shirts are different, and product pages that make safety credentials and sizing clear before checkout.

What I did

  • Store setup: the full store on Shopify’s Dawn theme, products and variants, navigation, and the FAQ, About and Contact pages.
  • Homepage: a dark, high-impact hero with the “Built by a welder, proven on the job” message and an icon row for the key selling points: NFPA 2112 compliant, triple stitched, 100% grade A cotton, high-quality embroidery and fire retardant.
  • Product pages: a checklist of certifications and features, a size picker that shows sold-out sizes, a size chart, stock status, add to cart and buy now, and accepted payment methods.
